Shame on Onrebate.com and FRY's (for doing business with these scammers)!!! They are a HUGE Ripoff! I sent OnRebate every form Fry's gave me when I purchased my computer case, the forms they requested (totally filled out) and the upc from the box, PLUS a copy of the original RECEIPT. Here is their emails & reponses:

1. A clean clear copy of the dated Fry's Electronic INVOICE that is received at point of purchase.
2. This completed coupon or a copy of this coupon.
3. You must include the original UPC CODE that came with the package.
Unfortunately, all items sent in are non returnable.

Regarding the above tracking number, I recieved the following update " The Rebate was denied Insufficient documentation 2/17 9:27: 08 AM
I bought this case at Fry's and followed the directions for my rebate. I did send you a copy of the original reciept. I can fax or send a copy again. If you do not honor my rebate I would like you to send me back the UPC code and rebate form that I sent so I can contact the management of both FRY's, the manufacturer, and the CA State Attorney Generals Office.

I have offered to resend any document they need but they have ignored me and just send the same denial over and over!!! I will contact everyone I can including the Attorney Generals office. This is my first stop and I see I am not alone with this complaint!!!
