A friend of mine in indiana got online to find a trucking company to see if there was a way to move my furniture to another state. A michael moore responded to her request.
She explained to him she had a friend, (me) who was under the victim witness program and needed to get her furniture and herself out of redding, california. Mr. Moore explained to her that this is what he does. She gave him my phone number and he called me.
I was under alot of stress and traumatized by having to move all my things out in a short time. He assured me he does this for women in my situation as he had a mother who was abused and he made it his life goal to do this. He asked me to give him a decription of what i had and item by item. I did so.
He quoted me a price of around $3500. I told him i was only allotted $2,000 for first and last and utilities for wherever i moved. He assured me with confidence that the money he would get from the district attorney's office in shasta county would be seperate from what i recieved. I left to go to indiana to be with my friend there.
As time went on, my furniture never showed up. I recieved a call from an admiral freight and was told my belongings were there and were not going anywhere until i came up with $2056.10. I explained that michael moore in florida was going to get the money from the da's office in redding, california and that he assured me this money was separate from what i recieved.
In the meantime, i headed back to california and on my way stopped at my sisters in oregon for a few days. She had been calling colorado where admiral was located with my belongins and was quoted another price of $2786.10. The extra money was because a candy had my stuff "crated".
By this time, i was not only confused, but getting very angry and frustrated. I called the da and asked them to talk to this mr. Moore person as he had told me he was getting the money from them separate from what i recieved. They told me it sounded like i got robbed and to get an attorney.
As time went on i ended up in central california at my daughters.By this time, admiral freight said they were going to auction off my "life" if i didn't come up with the money.
I called michael moore and asked him where a signed contract was with my name on it... He said he wasn't going to play games with me and hung up. "there is no signed contract with me" nothing. Nothing nothing.
They have my family heirlooms, my documents, my baby pictures, my twelve year old son's toys, bedroom, hobbies, everything...
My artwork, my music, instruments, my custom made couch, my antiques, my whole life in that crate... Between michael moore at american moving network and candy at admiral freight, they are trying to make a small fortune off of me and my son and my grown daughters who have a heritage i have been saving for them when i pass away.
I need intervention here. I get nothing but a big run around and i have been traumatized and sickened. I have lost twenty pounds and have gotten very ill over this. My family and i are in shock.
We are all, along with friends trying to get some help and writing and calling attorneys all over the country, faxing attorney general offices, the govenor in florida, police, anything we can think of to stop these thieves from stealing our past, present and future. I cry every day.
Is there someone out there who can help us??? Admiral freight in colorado with this cocky candy person and smooth talking michael moore with american moving network who came on like an angel from heaven have no idea what they have done to us.
If they could hear my young twelve year old son weep and feel the pain in my heart, i doubt if they would care. They are satan's demons at work trying to screw up people's lives and doing a damn good job of it! What goes around comes around, mr. Moore and you, candy, what you are doing does not go without repercussions.
If this woman touches my belongings amd sells them before there is intervention, their life will be a living hell. I will make sure of it. I will spend and have been spending all my time along with my family in tennesse and friends in oregon and family in northern california and southern california to expose their bare asses to the world. May god have mercy on your rotten souls...
