I ordered 2 items from http://www.roadrashapparel.com on December 18. I received an email from their customer service dept [email protected]) stating my order was completed on December 21.
The first item arrived January 11, it was supposed to be a 5 piece set but only came with 3 pieces. I emailed and emailed and called. No reponse. I finally get an email on January 16 saying we changed the item to a 3 piece set on January 8 so too bad. Oh and by the way no refund either.
The second item has not arrived and the only thing their customer service emails in response is a duplicate e-mail of your order was completed on December 21.
This online store is a rip off. You will not get what you ordered and you will not get your money back either.
