I had ordered the credit report in October. I cancelled the membership within a month and according to its policy, Truecredit should not charge me at all but it still charged me $9.95 on my credit card on 10-27.
I had called its customer service many times to get the refund. Finally, the rep gave me its corporate office # to call, which is 8662122170. I called that number in January. I waited like 3 months for the refund but it did not happen at all. Finally I gave them a call again on 4-29 and the rep gave me her manager Jimmy's extension. I left a voice mail on 4-29, one on 4-30 and the last one on 5-1 but still received no phone call from him.
I had just filed a complaint in California Consumer Affairs website and BBB in Santa Barbara. (its office is in San Luis Obispo)
