Truecredit deosn't keep their promise to re-instate my acct. Paid for it but they don't allow me access to my acct

I have been a customer to truecredit for many years but they have locked me out of their service now for over two months and they always say they will call me with a password to access my acct. Again but i never get calls from them or emails. I have paid for this service yet they don't give me my service.
