I placed an on-line order for a book and the book was charged against my account even though it had not shipped yet.
I called several times and no one ever picks up the phone. They do not respond to their voice mail, email or obviously calls form the local BBB.
I first tried to be reasonable by asking the BBB to try and help me get my book. Still no response. I have now asked (most likely in vain) to get a refund as I have had to purchase this text from another source.
