After I didn't want to pay for the book I didn't order, I was contacted by a collections agency with a treatening letter. So I payed for the book. Week later another book arrived, that I didn't order. This time I wrote on it "canceled" and sent it back certified mail.
In the future if they send me another book I will refuse to pay for it even if it screwes up my credit report.
P.S. This last package I just received was droped of at my door steps, so I couldn't make the carrier take it back.
