I ordered a book from their website and was immediately charged (most companies don't charge until the order has been shipped). I never received the order and emailed them several times. At first, they said it was on back order for a couple weeks and asked if I wanted to wait or cancel. I said I'd wait, but then two months later I still never received the order. I requested a refund multiple times but never heard back. They still have not refunded my money or sent me the book.
