I signed up for an account on fullreleases.com in the amount of $4.95. I was looking to download some software. I was able to download, however, three days later I was charged an additional, UNAUTHORIZED, amount of $29.91. Apparently they use a "company" at billingsvc.com to handle all their transactions. There is no physical address for either billingsvc.com or fullrealeses.com. I have emailed fullrelaeses and am awaiting a response now. However, billingsvc.com has you wait your turn on the phone for up to fifteen minutes before throwing you to a full voicemail box. Whoever runs that business has no intentions of answering calls.
Fullreleases.com has the appearance of a legite site. And yes I was able to download what I was looking for. But in my opinion if they are willing to allow billingsvc.com to steal money then they are just as responsible. It is a shame that these people cannot be arrested and are allowed to be online.
