Fullreleases.com appears to be a digital video/audio download site with large inventory. When looking for an old maybe obscure film-noir video, my search browser found a match at the fullreleases.com site.in accessing the site, i could not procede without opting for a 2day/$5 temporary access fee. I did that via a credit card.
Here is what followed:
1. Upon accessing the site I did not find the video or any similar videos.
2. There was no customer service link to file a complaint; I used the tech-support email account. Got no reply.
3. Two days later go a bill for $5 on my CC converted from Euros from billingsvc.com. Ok, I am out $5.
4. Two days following that I got a $34 dollar bill from billingsvc.com. I called my CC company-file a fraudulant transaction report.
Here is the important take-away I have.
A. Fullreleases.com might have many names so be wary of any site that does not provide access to a real customer service link before you spend money.
B. Test that link and ask about the company about return or cancellation policies.
C. If you can't verify that the company/site actually has the item you are looking for before you buy, don't buy. Note: I linked to what I was looking for via a search engine. That is not good enough.
