I ordered 2 ship technical books from NetStoreUSA.com operated by Open Communications ([email protected], Simon Verdon).
They charged my credit card on Juanuary 10nd, 1 day after I placed the internet order, but nothing came in the mail. I was not aware of the credit card charges until I received my VISA statement in mid-February.
I attempted to contact them to resolve this problem since Mid-March and written 20 emails so far to [email protected] and ws. [email protected]. They have not yet acknowledged my request (keeps ignoring my request).
I'm upset that they have such POOR customer service. The total $ was for a bit over $120 and they can't even credit me or send me another order. Such poor customer service! Customers should never have to wait if there was some type of processing / shipping errors.
