I ordered a textbook for my daughter to use at college. The order was placed on 12/17 and my credit card charged on 12/19. They claim on the web site that no charge is made until the merchandise ships. Nothing has been recieved as of 1/10. I e-mailed several times after the $92.19 charge appeared on my credit card, because I was suspicious due to an Australian exchange rate fee of $2.68 having been added to the amount of the order.
I tried 4 e-mails to the company over the past weeks and no answer is ever given. Only fax numbers are available on the web site, with no actual contact phone number. When entering my order number on the web site, the order status states that the order has been "confirmed from a U.S. Supplier, dispatch from nearest warehouse expected within 15 days". Further Internet investigation has shown that other unfortunate victims have experienced this situation.
