Signed the dotted line almost one year ago. Did not expect instant results but did expect them to at least make contacts with debtors during the time with them. They are good at taking your money and doing absolutely nothing. I would recommend that you contact the debtors yourself and settle with them. They have been more then willing to work with me. I owed and I wanted to pay. I had to end up taking my retirement to clear my debt MYSELF! I contacted each collection agency and found out that no one contacted them from CYD. I was told not to talk to my creditors which I listen and did. The calls only got worse. It was after being served court papers that I decided that CYD was doing nothing but taking my money each month and not communicating with the creditors. I have only one creditor left to pay and all debts have been settled. I did this NOT CYD! I do not recommend them.
