All of the other reviews of this website are correct.net detective is a total scam. The reason I'm writing this report is for those of you who have already been duped and had their credit cards charged. Don't even bother with the 4 page "Satisfaction questionaire" they want you to fax them.instead, file a chargeback with your credit card company. That's what I did (I used American express), and net detective did not fight/dispute the chargeback. I got my money back and so can you. Call your credit card company ASAP!
