We listed our house with this company for 4 months. They did nothing but put our house on the internet for $ 1000.00. We had to also pay for the sign in the yard and $25.00 to disconnect the Active Listing. It's been a month and it is still listed as active with them. We cannot list with another Company until they take it off the listing. We have left 2 voice mails and a fax. I am disabled and live in a house with stairs. They have no compassion either. Think before you list your house with a company that does this to you in this hard realestate market. Do not pay money up front it is a rip off.
