Purchased a house nine months ago. House three years old at time of purchase. Over 50,000 dollars worth of repairs needed for non-disclosed problems. Listing agent, realtor & previous owners lied about who manufactured house & to this day still won't provide in writing building information specifics. This is preventing me from inforcing wauranty!

comments: Private inspector mentioned none of problems when they were very obvious. When I complained to him about this he would nut refund money & blamed problems on city.
