The cashiers in brockport, some of them are so rude. You get in line, and they barely aknowledge you, and they talk to each other socializing instead of working (cant they do it when customers are not in line, or on break or after work) there is one cashier there who talks and talks to the next cashier over, doesnt care how rude she is being, i told her to her face how rude she was and she talked back to me, saying it was early in the morning and she didnt want to get into it and tried to hurry me away. I told the manager. This doesnt do any good, they still do it. One girl was not at her station, visiting with a person she knew talking and talking even though she saw me and i was just standing there, are you done yet? Where is the professionalism, curtesy and doing your job, i hardly find it there. If i didnt dislike the self check outs so much, i would go there to avoid this rudeness. When you wait on a customer, you dont have coffee klutch and talk about your life, you give your attention to the customer. If the groceries werent so cheap, i would not shop there anymore. And i have had other people i know say the same thing about this store, it is not just me!
