I went to Walmart here in Albert lea Mn. On March 26. My husband and need some snacks and few grocerys we didnt get at our supermarket. It didnt take long and we were on our way to the checkout. There was a display of Lays potatoe chips up in front of the store with a lady handy out coupons. My husband decieded to buy the lay chips with the coupons. We went to the checkout. Daneille was our checkout lady she scan all our stuff and then tried to do the coupons. We had two the first one work not the second. Then Daneille looked at the coupons closer and realize one couldnt be used until tomorrow. But that coupon did go through the register it stopped the second one that could be used that day. Then Danielle called a lady over to help her her name was Dee she couldnt help and kept pushing buttons and didnt seem to care about our feeling at all. We were standing there. My Husband said He was sorry and should of looked at the coupon better. She just keep on pushing buttons and didnt seem to care. Then she said we had to pay for them and my husband said we dont want the chips if we cant use the coupon (by the way the coupon that went through) if we didnt have a second coupon it would of been find. So finally after seem like for ever they had to ring all our stuff up again 22 items. I turn around to talk to the gentlemen behind me and was explaining what happen that we had a couopon that wasnt supose to be use until tomorrow and the register excepted it at 1st and then wouldnt expect the second and I apologized to the man behind us. Dee rudly interupt me while I was talking to the guy behind me and starting talking about the coupons. She never once said Sorry about the mix up or sorry that it took so long. The only person that apologized was my husband for reading the coupon wrong. That Dee was very rude and unpersonal plus when I wasn't even talking to her trying to explain to the man behind me she interupted me and was rude. I said to her Iam not talking to you why are you trying to start somthing up? I told her I was just explaining why it was taking so long to this guy I would want to know if I was behind someone. I know Iam just a middle class family but I know we were treated really rude and unfair. I will try to buy less product at this walmart if I can get it somewhere else I promise to myself. I understand things happen but a sorry this happen to you sorry its taking so long would of been nice! Nothin then rudly interupting me when I was talking to the man behind me. Its like she wanted to start something I wasnt even talking to her. Ive work retail in my life I know it isnt easy but in this case we werent rude or anything my husband apologized for not looking at the coupon better. I am very surprised the Dee at albert lea is higher up then just a cashier? Her people skills are terrible and not just that goes the extra step to be rude. Wow I hope this gets in the right hands and at least get looked into I checked out at 11:39: 33 on March 26 look it up what happen I am not lying. My husband did have Dee call the manager and we waited for along time and no one showed up. We honestly thought someone should realized Dee behavior in such alittle mix up a coupon. My husband even apologized which tells you what state he was in not bad. I was behind the cart he was in front by Danille and Dee. She couldnt even say sorry or keep her business away from me and the guy I was talking too
