My Mother-in-law ordered a set of hearing aids on 5-3-02 Her name is Opal Birchem she is 93, they cashed her check on 5-09-02
She has not received them yet. We called the bank and they gave us the phone number of the Co.
We have called them several times and they keep telling us thatthey are on back order or they have been shipped but she never gets them.
We have paid more in phone bills than what they cost.
We received a catalog from them this week.
If there is any way these people can be stopped and put out of buisness I hope it can be done.
