I mistakenly named the wrong city in my first complaint. I ordered 2 hearing aids from J D Marvel Products on or around 5-20-03. They cashed my check and it cleared my bank on 5-30-03.
Here it is 6-22-03 and I have not received my hearing aids. I tried to e-mail them but it was rejected as a wrong e-mail address.
This company should be investigated by the New York's attorney general for comsumer fraud. It should be put out of business for taken money for a product and not sending the product to the comsumer.
