I placed an with JD Marvel Products, Inc. I sent them a check for the items ordered along with shipping and handling charges. My check cleared the bank 2 weeks after I mailed the order. It has now been 2 months and I still have not received the items that I paid for. I had no way of contacting JD Marvel Products Inc until they sent me a catalog. On the catalog was a phone number (514) 344-4747 for customer service. I have tried calling this number numerous times and it is always busy. How dare they send me a catalog to order more products when I have yet to receive my first order!!!
