Unfortunately I subscribed to four magazines through this outfit. I called March, 01 to cancel. Just as the notice they sent said. Of course, this was all done talking to a "robot". On April 10 I noticed a charge to renew one of the magazines. I called immediately and cancelled again. Was told the charge would be removed. We'll see. I believe more charges will probably be made.
