On September 24 My Points, a Customer Reward Center, offered up to five magazines 100% rish free for one year as their way of saying thanks.
I ordered 5 magazines totaling $146.00 with this on-going magazine service authorization.
SynapseConnect, Inc. Stated that "your selections will be processed immediately and the credit/debit card you provide will be charged the price shown. Contact us within 12 months
from today for a full refund."
I received phone calls in August asking if I wished to continue
the subscriptions. I said No.
To make sure they were canceled I called 1-800-927-9351 as denoted on a postal that I received from SynapseConnect, Inc.
To date I have not received a refund on our Visa card.
