Did not deliver on services I paid fo

I have availed of their services when someone called me to offer magazine subscription services. After 3 monthly payments of $ 56.50 I have yet to receive one magazine from them. I have tried calling their customer service and gave me a delay on payment until I February. Up to now they have yet to deliver one magazine from me. They have tried to contact me everyday to continue payment, and told them that I would only continue payment if I they would give me the service I have already paid for. Until now not one magazine has been delivered.

I have recieved an account summary from them threatening my credit rating if I don't continue payment. Why would I pay for services that I haven't received?

I have researched through the net and found out that this company has many complaints. I also filed a complaint to the Better Business Bureau about how they conduct their business and asked for cancelation of my account and a full refund of the money I have paid to them. I haven't service from them despite my 3 months payment.

I have learned my lesson, and hopefully other people will take notice.
