Nick Shaw took $150 from me as 1/3 payment for a small web design proect. After three weeks of not hearing from Nick after I made the payment, I began asking for my money back. It has now been over three months and even though he responds to me every now and then with a new excuse, he has yet to pay me any money he owes me and actually had the nerve to tell me he cant pay me because he doesn't have the money (which he originally stole from me).
