Corporate Acquistions called me and offered me a very attractive offer to buy my Wyndam timeshare.
I had to send them $5,980.00 to make sure I would not back out.
This contract was Feb. 14. I sent money and faxed contract.in the contract, it stated that I would have my money returned in 30 to 40 days if they had not sold my timeshare. I received an e-mail that said the client that was going to buy my timeshare went bankrupt and they had another client that was going to buy it. Well I guess that client went bankrupt too!!!
Today is May 14 and I have heard nothing. They will not answer their phones or will they respond to e-mails.
I suppose it is a scam to get peoples' money.
This is not right to do people on social security on fixed incomes or any body else this way. Beware if it sounds to good to be true. I am reporting this because I don't want this to happen to anybody else. I want my money back. I know now they are not going to sell my timeshare.
