All of the entries for this company are accurate, they are running a scam job. They will act gracious while they are taking your deposit and quote you with all of the information you want to hear such as the hourly rate and double drive time (which is expected), but what this company doesn't tell you is that they drive a Budget Rental truck to your home and claim they had to drive 120 miles to get to your place and charge you for fuel. Then they walk around the home and fail to provide you with an exact estimate, but they acknowledge that the rate is $95/hour so you think you are on the same page with them. Then they don't tell you that although they only have to carry down five items of furniture from the 2nd story to the 1st story and that they will keep two of the five items, they will charge you extra for using the stairs and call the items "bulky" and charge you additional fees on top of that. They also fail to tell you they will leave their litter behind (soda bottles, orange juice containers and cigarette butts), but they will take a break after one hour of moving, even though they are hired for only 4-hours, which is their minimum. Let's see, 4 hours minus two breaks equals 3.0 hours of actual moving. And then during their "double-drive" time, they will stop at the local gas station for more cigarettes and then proceed to charge you 8.25 percent sales tax when CA tax is 7.75% and the quote clearly indicates that tax is included in the $95/hr rate! Let's see, there's more. They chipped the corners of the walls, they left stains on doors and mattresses from dragging them, they overwrapped every item to use more shrink wrap and then charged $69 for each roll they used. They also wrapped while the others watched and twice, I had to remind the guys that sitting down on their behind wasn't in the contract. Need I say more, these guys are scammers and until the word is out, they will continue scamming...
