CleanNet Of New England, specifically Paul Oliveira who is President, sell franchise businesses to people and they cannot even support them. I purchased a franchise from CleanNet Of New England in I was told for the past 2-3 years they do NOT even market in my area, how can a franchise be successful if CleanNet does not even offer support.
In my honest opinion CleanNet Of New England is a pathetic business run by a person who is extremely hostile toward franchise owners, especially franchise owners who are not his own nationality (Portuguese). I have been a thorn in Mr Oliveira side for over 5 years now, he has publically stated he wants nothing to do with me nor will he offer any assistance to make my business succeed. All that matters to Mr Oliveira/CleanNet Of New England is MONEY, as long as you can give them money they will help you. Can't give them money? Then don't ask for help, this company seems to thrive on making their franchise owners sign up for constant 'upgrade' loans.
Beware of Mr Oliveira's sales pitch when meeting with him to consider purchasing a franchise, this is where he will lie thru his teeth to anyone who will listen. Nothing but lies and false promises will get most people to give Mr Oliveira their hard earned money. The last time CleanNet Of New England did ANYTHING to help me? They offered me a brand new account at a MAFIA OWNED Strip club, what a great way to make a living right?
I can't stress enough that NO ONE consider purchasing a franchise with CleanNet, you will get nothing but pain and suffering and non-stop headaches..
