My story is the same as everyone elses. I speint 20 minutes trying to get a operator on the phone to help me. It is impossible to talk to anyone. I had two 1/2 second calls and was charged $83.82. They offered me $33.53. I am still paying 50.29 for two 1/2 second calls. I want to join a class law suit. It is unfair to take advantage of people needing to call home to check on their children.
When i called the company after they made a offer i asked to talk to a supervisor. I was told i could not talk to a supervisor and that they would not give me their phone number. I got the phone number from my credit card company. Everyone needs to be warned about this company. I wish the media would expose this company to protect others from getting ripped off.
