I bought a product on line from a TEA company.
They attached an "on line service" to the purchase with 30 days to change my mind. I never saw the different company notice and when I cancelled my
TEA purchase and was refunded all my money, Raven Media kept charging me $19.95 for their "on line service" without contacting me. When I noticed my charges of $19.95 on my credit card I called them and told them I had never used their service (that they had charged me for 4 months before I caught it) they offered to give me credit for 1 month. After asking for a supervisor (Kim Little) offered me a refund of 2 months. I asked who her supervisor was and she said "I have no supervisor only a manger, and you can't talk to them." I said fine. Who is the owner of your company?
She said " I can't give that information out." I said I understand why!!!
Then went to complaint and filed this report!!! They ripped me off for $40.
