Magazine Subscription never came - Will not answer phone calls from me

I ordered a magazine subscription from a guy who came to my door. I have a receipt from him (#622677). The order was made on 9/26/07 for $60.

I have called the phone number on the receipt several times and left several messages. They do not answer the phone and do not return my messages.
