I was charged $543.74 for my undelivered/cancelled oven in September. This charge included $75 for delivery/haulaway. After many calls, emails and mailed disputes, they have failed to credit me for the $75 delivery charges for an item I never received, even though each customer service person I speak with says I am entitled to be refunded for delivery charges on an item I never received. As a single mom on a limited budget, $75 is important to me.
