Charges - Kenmore Elite Double Oven

I am very disappointed in Sears services... Why is it I can go to any other applicance place and have FREE delivery... Even on a $200 microwave from Lowes... FREE delivery... We purchased a 31 cu ft Kenmore Elite... No free delivery... No wonder many go to other places... I have thought about cancelling my purchase and try other places... VERY ANGRY AT SEARS! Even puchaed a stove at the discount Sears... Another charge... Very disappointed...
