No Free Delivery on Kenmore Elite Appliance Purchase

I am very disappointed in Sears services... Why is it I can go to any other appliance place and have free delivery... Even on a $200 microwave from Lowes... free delivery... We purchased a 31 cu ft Kenmore Elite... No free delivery... No wonder many go to other places... I have thought about cancelling my purchase and try other places... Very angry at Sears! Even purchased a stove at the discount Sears... Another charge... Very disappointed...
