I moved last summer and I shipped my stuff from a official shipping company and they received to the destination but 2 of 3 boxes were damaged and every item in every box were broken in multiple pieces. I bought insurance of $600 and I called to make a claim and get this sorted out when I found out when I Called UPS customer service they specifically told me they would have someone come out to my house and inspect the packages and items and I was like thats very nice and good customer service but then told me that they won't be able to because I live to far away.
I tried dealing with it through email and the phone but I wouldn't get calls back and know the email that I was sending emails to isn't valid. I would expect more from a big company. I have un-replaceable priceless items from South Africa broken into a bunch of pieces. I don't see what's so difficult about all of this with UPS. Thank You very much for your time.
