I purchased a loft bed for my girls off of the Bean Bag Store web site. The bed was delivered damaged. After a full year of trying to get the Bean Bag store to simply replace the damaged pieces, they have yet to do so.
I followed all of their procedures, sent them pictures, made many phone calls, sent emails... The broken pieces are ultimately for the top bunk (guard rail) which is obviously a safety issue, the Bean Bag store does not care. The customer service manager told me that they had "no records of my calls in their computer:; isn't that convenient! I then called the freight company to see if I could file a claim with them and they sent me the forms (in which you need to list the prices of the broken pieces). I contacted the Bean Bag Store for prices on the items & was told that they do not have a price list for parts!!!
Once Again, terrible customer service! I am stuck with a broken bed & the Bean Bag Store tells me that they are sorry & there is nothing that they can do.
In conclusion, I do not suggest purchasing anything from the Bean Bag Store... Terrible customer service!!!
