Layed bad asphalt with a 5 year warranty and won't return phone calls

I have pretty much had the same experience as the other guy. Shotty work to say the best and they won't return any phone calls. They added on to my driveway and the asphalt is already beginning to break up. I can't get return calls from Matt Sherlock or Pat Sherlock. Beware of this group! They are traveling Gypsies.
