These folks called my home several weeks ago asking if I was interested in a bargain buying service. I informed them I wanted to know what I was getting for joining their "service" and told them I would review the material I was supposed to receive at my home for the 30 day trial period before I would participate in their organization.
Well, I never received anything in the mail in 30 days, yet they charged my account $96.00 dollars for something I never got. I was so angry I called them and spoke with someone named Gary, his employee number of GT457. Probably a fake and asked them about this company. I also informed them I never indicated that I would use their service until I had a change to review the material I was expecting in the mail. Needless to say, he started making excuses and I informed him,
I would like the change dropped and my account credited for the $96.00 charge. I then ended the conversation and will be contacting my credit card company next.
