I heard an ad on 1240 AM radio in Colorado Springs about a free offer for a book by Lora Lange Meier. I was told I needed to give my credit card number for a shipping and handling fee of $9.95. I then additionally was charged $67 for a service I did not receive. A counselor from the company called and at that time I told them their service was not for me. I called the company when I saw the $67 charge on the credit card and was told I could not getthe $67 back since they sent the sevices by email. I did not receive these services nor did I sign a contract. Travis (a company spokesperson) told me that I had 30 days to review the material and to decide if I wanted to cancel or continue with it. I informed him that I had not received the services by emailand did not want to receive them. I do want to be charged for this service. He told me that I had agreed to a contract when Iagreed to pay the handling fee. I told him I had not received any emails from Lora Lange Meier for services, so I was not informed about cancelling it. He refused to credit my account for $67. How do I get my money back and how do I stop this company from continuing to charge me for a sevices I did notsign to have?
