Took my money out of my checking account and i never hooked up their service

In January i called vonage inquiring about service, i was told to call earthlink and at&t for high speed that would be 14.99 a month for high speed. I had to do application with my information, they said they would email me a authorization form to sign and fax back to them before my service would be activated. I called earthlink did not cover my area, at&t was 59.95 to get modem and another amount to start. I called vonage back explained it is higher than what i am paying, i not going to do it.

I called them the same evening, they said service wont be activated until i sign authorization and fax back. They took 10.75 out my account the same day said nothing else would be taked out. I called back few weeks later because 37.00 and change was taken out again and i received a box with the modem. I called them and was told to send modem back they would refund my money once modem was received and no more money would be taken out. I called back almost every couple weeks with no help at all.

I called today s/w henry and was told i had sixty days to cancel and did not call to cancel, explained i called every couple of weeks and i asked them each time not to take no more money out my account but they did anyway. They need to be stopped.
