10/17/07 - Placed online order for (2) items totalling $75.07 for Christmas gifts.
10/31/07 - Emailed to find out status of order. No reply.
11/6/07 - Mastercard charged for $75.07.
11/7/07 - Phoned company at 8:45 A.M. - was told she was sending (1) item, but other one had not come in.
11/10/07 - Received (1) item in mail.
11/28/07 - Phoned company at 8:10 A.M. Was told she would check on it and get back to me. No reply or return phone call.
12/14/07 - Send email for update. Stated in email that if there was a problem, to just credit my credit card for difference. No reply.
1/5/08 - Phoned company at 6:52 P.M. - She told me that supplier was supposed to send me item directly and she would check on it tomorrow and give me a call back. No return call.
1/9/08 - Phone company at 1:39 P.M. - Left message. No return call.
1/23/08 - Sent email stating I would really like to get this taken care of or I was going to write letter to the BBB. No reply.
