We purchase a product from Ritz online before Christmas. The item arrived defective, which we discovered after spending countless hours trying to get it to work. Customer Service sent me a return label and I returned the item, only to have it come back to me, stating I did not return item in original box. I did return it in the box, but I no longer have the plastic sleeve. Wrap that shrinkwrapped the produced and also had the UPC code. Two phone calls to customer service, people simply reading from scripts, no immediate resolution, but a promise of a resolution within 48 hours. A week later, still no call, no email, no letter. I send an email and receive a prompt reply - send back for 25% restocking fee... Since the item is broken and I send a reply email asking how this is a solution to the problem, only to receive the exact same email one more time. Apparently customer service does not even read the emails... Letter to HQ generated a response for customer service, where I am told I was generously offered an exception by given the opportunity to return for 25% restocking fee!!! A broken item!!! A company that does not stand behind its products is not worth doing business with and we will never shop Ritz ever again. If you spend your money there, please keep the stickers, the plastic seal, wrap EVERYTHING because Ritz is trying very hard to not have you return something.
