Dear sir/madam,
I am not feeling pleasure to write you this letter because your co makes a breach of contract with me. I was loyal customer of home depot. But now I do not want to even go there.
I bought a Yard Machine Tractor on 07/09 with 4 years warranty on it (my mistake). I should not buy it.
I got some little problem in my tractor. I went home depot to get help or the numbers I should call for help. Upon searching I found that I lost my original receipt of purchase.
But I went to sore anyway. The store people were not cooperative in any way from the beginning. I simply asked them that if they can print me a duplicate receipt of purchase. The customer service can say that they can not print. But they can not say that if you no receipt you did not buy from here or can call manager. Yes she called manager but she said on phone “can you come here because this customer is very rude to me” But I was not. The manager did not even bother to come there nor did he talk to me on phone to satisfy me. I need an apology from your store manager to be rude and not courteous behavior on the customer service. Your Home depot store number is 0207 and it is located in SW Miami, Fl.
Second reason for this breach of contract is that I am calling on 1-877-843-3777 almost everyday from more then one week to get service on my lawn mover. They promising me everyday they some body will call you today. Every day me or some body have to be home from last one week because somebody will call us from home depot. I think you should have a limit to lai to your customer. You can say “Oh you bought 4 years warranty that is good for you. See it every day and be happy.

Now it is my intention not to pay the price of tractor because this breach of contract. And if you need your money change my Tractor to a new one or pick up this one from my home. This Tractor is not worth to keep. Now I would like to know that how much else I owe you so I can pay you on time.
Note. You can pick up your tractor anytime from my house because I do not want to keep it.
