I had exactly the same problem as the sisters from Oregon. They have had my money since December 7th and still no shoes or refund.
This must be an ongoing problem because you can no longer call them, everything is by e-mail. I sent my last e-mail over a week ago and still no response.
How do these people stay in business? I wish I had checked them out before placing my order, if I had I wouldn't be in this situation. Beware!!
