I ordered two shirts for a Christmas present. The web page did say they wouldn't be shipped until January 1st. They withdrew my money December 20th.
Jan 21st, I got an email that they had shipped with a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, there was no info. PO said that there was an intent to ship, but had no info after that.
Started emailing — got no answer. Tried calling the number on the email. It was disconnected.
