On January 10th I purchased a counterfeit detector for my business. Per the website, the item is in stock and was suppose to ship within ONE business day. On January 21st I rec'd an email stating that it has shipped via UPS and to click in the link to track it. I clicked on the link and there is NO tracking information and no tracking number where I can contact UPS myself.
In addition, they do not respond to emails and the phone number they have listed on their website is disconnected. Today is January 31; I still have no product. If I happen to receive the product within the next century, I will update this posting. Buyers beware!
Do NOT buy from Ordertron! Very POOR customer service, no correspondence, they charge you and you get NOTHING!
