I ordered an item on 2/27/06. A confirmation email was sent the next day stating the order had "shipped" via UPS. However, no tracking number was provided with this email. I went to their website to track down the tracking number and none can be found.
Two days later I called their customer service number and after waiting for 10 minutes, I got disconnected. I tried calling again later that day and same thing happened (got disconnected).
Thge next day I tried calling again, this time early in the morning here in Hawaii. Same thing happened.
I emailed the company 3 days ago and have yet to receive a reply.
Do not believe the so called "good rating" on this merchant as it could possibly be false and written by their own employees.
To this day, I have yet to receive my order or a tracking number. I have not been able to get a hold of the company whether by phone call or email as they don't answer both.
Stay away from this company!
