To Whom it May Concern: I expected my email to be sent to educators across the U.S. To have them sign up for a free writing workshop. I have virtual characters on my site, and my service analysis data on the length of time they are on the page, and the number of streams. The data does not logically make sense. It appears that a computer is generating the hits on my website because a human being, especially an educator would at least press play on a virtual character out of curiosity. Also, the time of the hits are at hours educators would not most likely check their e-mail. During school hours. Educators usually open their emails in the morning right before work or when they return. The data is fishy, and I DEMAND a full refund! If you do not resolve this problem, I will have no choice but to go to the media about this one. I am a writing expert, journalist, and an educator. I only use sound logic and reson with my disputes. I know this is a scam, and I could care less about the "no guarantee rules." It is not a coincidence that each hit is less than a second in length. If a teacher took the time to open an email and click on a link to a website, they would take the time to browse the site, or at least hear what the virtual character has to say. So, please refund my money. Thank You Kindly.

No, let's settle this on pay pal. There is nothing your support department can help me with at this point except issue a refund. If you cannot respond to me on Pay Pal, I will assume that you have something to hide. All I want is my refund. Please issue it if you want this to be resolved. Otherwise I will escalate this and allow Paypal to see the evidence I have to support my case. They will definitley grant my claim because your services are not as described. You give me phony data to satsify my desire to generate more traffic, but that was not my intention. Each hit was only a duration of 0.03-0.04 seconds each, with 0 interaction. That is humanly impossible! Especially coming from college-educated school teachers. My previous data has shown otherwise.

This is a serious scam. They are not sending emails at all! Seems like they are using computers to hit the pages. No humans, only computers.
