We signed up for Triple Advantage Report through freecreditreport.com from Experian on January 25. We cancelled this service within the 30-day free period. On February 24 our checking account was debited for $14.95; it was again debited on February 26 for another $14.95.
Since our account was cancelled within the 30-day free period (day 1 being January 26), we asked that those two charges be reversed and credited back to our checking account.
In addition, we did not want any more debits to our account to occur.
We have notified both usacomplaints.com and UCAN.com about our situation and will not hesitate to take further action if our request is not promptly satisfied.
The only reply to an e-mail sent to [email protected] stated,
"We will review and reply to your email in the order in which it was received. Thanks again, and we look forward to assisting you."
