In april i went on line to order tanning and skin lotions and found bestanning with what i wanted, placed my order, a few eeeks later i finally received the order but it was short of items i ordered, a note inside will send other items asap, never got it, tried to call tried to email, several times no response.
Thought i would try to order again and did, i attached a message to the order, requesting the rest of my first order, hoping i would get some kind of reply.
This second order placed on oct 8. Got the order on 23. Not all of it, and nothing from the first order, checked with my bank and sure enough the money was taken on the 14.
What a scam from this company i want my money or my product asap
