Never received order that I was billed for, and no return e-mails or calls, port Jefferson

I never received order I placed and billed for, after several e-mails they finally e-mailed me that order was sent out on 1/2/07 and should arrive in 1-2 days. Order was never received so I e-mailed them and called them and they haven't responded. It's now been 9 days since order was supposedly sent. This was a birthday gift for someone whose birthday has now passed. I don't think this is a legitimite company. There is no way to get in touch with a human, calls go straight to a voice mail.
